The Levels
A clear path, from first class to championship stage
Every dancer moves through four tiers, each building the technique, stamina, and stage presence for the next.
BMA 1
Brilliance
Foundational technique, rhythm, and choreography for dancers with about a year of experience — built alongside teamwork and a love of performing.
BMA 2
Elevate
Refined technique and expanded choreography. Elevate introduces heavy shoe dancing, building rhythm, power, and musicality.
BMA 3
Aspire
Advanced choreography and performance readiness, sharpening light and heavy shoe technique for top-level competition.
BMA Éire Elite
Éire Elite
Invitation- and qualification-only. Elite technique, endurance, and presentation for regional, national, and international championships.
The Instructors
Taught by two working world champions
Jenny Bailey-Murray
TCRG · ADCRG · Co-Founder
Regional and National titleholder and World medalist, certified with honors as both teacher and adjudicator. Screen credits include Chicago Fire, Chicago P.D., and Chicago Med.
Kevin Murray
TCRG · Co-Founder
North-West Regional Champion and three-time European Champion, with World and All-Ireland medals. Kevin performed professionally in over 25 countries before teaching full-time.
