New Dancers

Age programs, for first-timers

No experience needed for any of these three — just comfy clothes and energy to spare.

Ages 3–5

Future Champions

A magical first step into Irish dance. A fun, high-energy class introducing rhythm, coordination, and simple steps through music and imagination.

Ages 6–8

Rising Champions

Beginner Irish dance for young stars. Traditional steps, posture, and timing taught in a fun, supportive environment.

Ages 9–13

Emerging Champions

It’s never too late to start something incredible. Foundational technique and timing for older beginners, with no prior experience needed.

Beginner

For dancers with at least one year of experience — new steps, rhythms, and performance technique in a supportive environment.

Elevate

Advanced Beginner / Novice

Refined technique and expanded choreography. Elevate introduces heavy shoe dancing, building rhythm, power, and musicality.

BMA 3

Aspire

Prizewinner / Open

Advanced choreography and performance readiness, sharpening light and heavy shoe technique for top-level competition.

Éire Elite

Oireachtas Solos & Teams

Invitation- and qualification-only. Elite technique, endurance, and presentation for regional, national, and international championships.
